AID Inc.

AID, Inc. is a non-profit organization serving Morton and Burleigh counties in North Dakota. Our goal is to provide temporary, emergency assistance to help families and individuals stay in their homes and become self-sufficient. Established in 1983, AID, Inc., helps with past-due rent and utilities, provides food for hungry families, helps individuals get to a job interview and medical appointments, and helps with many other unmet needs. In the last 2 years, AID, Inc., provided assistance to over 4,300 adults and children in the two counties. 58,000 pounds of food were distributed. Individuals and families seeking assistance go through an interview process to determine eligibility. We consider all requests although we are not always able to assist. We also operate a Food Pantry. Food is received through the Great Plains Food Bank and the Great Plains Recovery program, as well as through local food drives. We pass along over-abundance of products, produce, bakery, etc. to area churches, soup kitchens, agencies, day cares and our shoppers and clients. We strive to honor our mission daily. Food Pantry Hours are Monday-Friday 10:00 am to 4 pm.
