Description
Open Monday through Friday 9:00 - 11:30 am and 1:30 - 3:00 pm. In order to meet immediate needs of our community, the Marketplace provides emergency food assistance once a month and emergency clothing assistance twice a month to area residents. As immediate needs are met, long-term solutions that put people in emergency positions are sought through other services and programs provided by Baxter. By fulfilling basic needs, the Food and Clothing Pantry enables individuals and families to turn to other pressing concerns in their lives and begin to become self-sufficient. Food and clothing resources are provided by area organizations, educational institutions, and individuals. Baxter's Greenhouse also provides fresh produce to the pantry, allowing residents access to more nutritious food.
