Catholic Charities of Delaware, Otsego, and Schoharie Counties

The food pantry is open Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Appointments are not necessary but are encouraged. Clients who are in need outside of our normal operating hours and cannot be served by another food pantry are provided with food. The food pantries in Schoharie County are connected through a network and ordinarily, families can participate in one of the pantries once per month. The food pantry provides a four day supply of emergency food for individuals and families who temporarily lack the resources to purchase food. Our food pantry is client choice, which allows clients to choose what food they are receiving. We also provide families of four or more within the county with a basket of food for a Thanksgiving dinner.
