We, at CCM, have identified pockets of need in our community that have lead us to pursue a more efficient and effective model for fighting hunger in our neighborhoods and schools. We have ten satellite food pantries, eight of which are open to the public, in various parts of Cabarrus County and Kannapolis. These allow clients closer proximity to food pantries in their area as well as several opportunities to receive food. Crisis Center Food Pantry: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 9am - 4pm, Wed 9am - 12pm.
