The mission of the Outreach Center is to show God's love by distributing food, clothing, and household items to the neediest people in our city. This we do in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, to the glory of God. The Outreach Center serves an average of 150 families per month. Annual food distribution is about 65,000 pounds per year. Hours of operation for the Outreach Center are 8:30a.m. to 11:20 a.m. Monday through Thursday (closed Friday). Eligibility Policy: Approved clients must live in the Poudre School District, and present social security cards for each person in the household and proof of income sources. Eligible clients may receive food and clothing once a month for three months. The Outreach Center is in the northeast wing of Christ Center Community Church at the corner of Lemay Avenue and Drake Road. Clients will find it easiest to use the Drake Road entrance on the north (opposite Parkwood Lake).
