Description
Community Helpers Service Center, originated in 1996. The center was established in July, 1997 and incorporated in the State of North Carolina as a Non-profit organization in October, 1997.The center is a state-wide development to assist the low-income citizens, controlled by a Board of Directors. The organization was organized exclusively for charitable, religious, education and community welfare.
