BRIAN GLASSENBERG FOOD PANTRY, which has been in existence for 10 years, is open to Skokie residents, and is servicing approximately 45 families on a regular basis every month. The pantry is named in honor of Brian Glassenberg, who was a very generous supporter of the Bene Shalom Food Pantry. He was an active member of the synagogue, who loved to help others. Affiliated with the Greater Chicago Food Depository, we depend on donations from our congregants for additional items, such as paper goods. At the Brian Glassenberg Food Pantry, we are always grateful for your financial gifts and gifts of food products. HOURS: Every Thursday 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. (Except when closed for holidays).
