Description
The Agape Community, Inc. is a group of individuals dedicated to serving the homeless by offering them shelter, food and clothing for free to those who qualify. The mission outreach of the Agape Community is the St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store/Homeless Shelter/Soup Kitchen. St. Vincent's has been operating in Deming for over 25 years. Money made from the Thrift Store is used to rent three apartments to house women, men and families for emergency shelter.
