FOCUS Minnesota

FOCUS is an acronym for Fellowship of Orthodox Christians United to Serve. FOCUS Minnesota is an urban center of FOCUS North America, a non-profit 501c3 domestic charitable provider organization and a national Pan-Orthodox Christian agency working operationally on pervasive and persistent issues of poverty in our communities. FOCUS Minnesota is an outreach of the Orthodox Christian churches in the greater Twin Cities area. Our mission is to the under-served poor, the homeless, and the working poor, providing them with Food, Occupation, Clothing, Understanding and Shelter (FOCUS). The outreach programs of FOCUS Minnesota are intended to enable FOCUS and its partners to meet the pressing demands of the poor and needy, and to initiate and/or augment charitable and humanitarian operations in the Twin Cities. Weekly free meal served to the local community on Sunday nights. 5-7 pm on the 1st through 4th Sundays of the month. No meal on the 5th Sunday. Wednesday Food Shelf Distribution: 3:00 p.m. -4:30 p.m. on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month. First come, first serve. Bring a photo I.D. and proof of address. Friday Clothes Closet 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
