The N.C.P.C. Food Program was established to help those in the community with supplemental food needs. Our program distributes food in any emergency situation that involves: Ill health, infants, homeless persons, disaster victims, elderly, poverty stricken. Food Program begins at 12pm - 2pm, Every 2nd & 4th Tuesday of each month.
