For the last twenty-five years, the Fort Washington Food Pantry has been seeing Christ in the hungry families who come to the door every Saturday morning. The Food Pantry is now a "client choice" food pantry. Families choose their food from a wide variety of offerings. Members of Saint John's Episcopal Church and Grace Lutheran Church in Fort Washington, Maryland, along with other organizations and churches in the community, have supported the Food Pantry over the years.These organizations have provided donations and volunteers.
