Friends in Sonoma Helping (F.I.S.H.) provides emergency help to residents experiencing financial hardships in our community at no charge. F.I.S.H offers immediate emergency assistance, keeping families from becoming homeless or going hungry. We respond to unexpected financial setbacks of our neighbors in Sonoma Valley. Emergency Food Boxes: We provide three-days worth of nutritious groceries to needy households. Each household can request a box once a month up to three times a year. Grocery box sizes depend on household composition. Food deliveries and donations arrive daily from surplus grocery and bakery supplies, service organizations and individuals.
