Our food pantry has two programs. The first is an emergency food program that gets food in the house right away. Call for an appointment, (Monday or Wednesday, 11am-3pm; 734-326-3885) . The second food program is more involved and requires the client to take a proactive step in the situation. Call 734-326-3885 Mon or Wed. The soup kitchen operates year round to feed the hungry Monday through Friday from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm. A variety of foods are catered in from local restaurants who donate food to help feed the hungry. People can also sign up to take a shower or set up an appointment to see a social worker who comes in several times a week. All this is done with dignity. Many programs look to punish people for the situation they find themselves in. Our program will help anybody that wants it. They must still do the leg work, but we will point them in the right direction.

Lori todd: I have food to drop off. I work with Shipt and a costumer couldn’t pay so I have food to donate. Some are perishable (meat) I have them store in my freeze. This happen yesterday on the 7th. If you could let me know where I can drop this off I would appreciate it.
