The mission of the Outreach Center is to provide programs and services that strength the lives of individuals and families in Salisbury, East Spencer, Spencer and Granite Quarry. The primary goal of the Center is to operate a Feeding Ministry to help the unemployed and underemployed and satisfy the basic need of such persons. Operation Hours: Tuesday - 10 am to 1 pm; Thursdays - 10 am-12:45 pm
