Heart-n-Hand's appointment-only food pantry provides vital assistance to individuals and families in need throughout the Belton, Raymore and Peculiar area. An appointment-only food pantry serves our main goal: Committing to the empowerment of poor and homeless individuals in the Cass County, Mo. community. We strive to meet the needs of the whole person - Spiritual, Physical, and Emotional, so that they may become independent and self-sufficient. The success of our Food Pantry is only realized by the generosity of the Cass County community volunteers. Volunteers who assist with stocking inventory, packaging food for distribution and and ministering to clients. Generous donations from area agencies, businesses and individuals provide the food, paper goods and other essential items for the pantry. We are very thankful for their help because we could not operate without it. We receive no government support in our administration, and we are not a United Way agency. We depend completely on donations from individuals, groups, businesses, foundations churches and grants.
