Horizons Social Services of Adams County, Inc. seeks to meet the personal and community needs of the disadvantaged and destitute in the city of Quincy. We also attempt to serve as a communication facilitator between area churches and social service providers. Horizons meet its objectives, primarily, through the Quincy Soup Kitchen and Food Pantry. The Quincy Soup Kitchen serves approximately 70 meals per day, 5 days per week.
