The Good Shepherd Center houses a Community Day Center and a Soup Kitchen. The Soup Kitchen serves a continental breakfast and a hot, nutritious noon-time meal to anyone who comes through our doors. For many of our guests, the meals they eat at the Soup Kitchen may very well be their only food of the day. Meals are served by volunteers within our community who generously donate their time, compassion and a listening ear. The nutritious and comforting food and beverages that are offered at our Soup Kitchen come exclusively from donations by individuals, businesses, churches, synagogues, schools, civic organizations and many others. It is through the generosity and compassion of many that we are most gratefully able to provide these much needed goods and services. May - October Monday - Friday Breakfast 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m., Lunch 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.; November - April Open 7 days a week. Breakfast 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m., Lunch 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
