Our Thousand Oaks Community Care Center manages program services in Camarillo and the Conejo Valley. Our purpose is to meet human needs with compassion, by helping men, women, and families reach and sustain a higher quality of life by providing comprehensive assistance to achieve or sustain independence and become responsible members of the community. We operate programs and services, such as the Conejo Valley Meal & Winter Shelter, Home to Stay and provide short-term emergency assistance, addressing the immediate needs of the vulnerable and disadvantaged, but also promoting a sense of self-reliance and community among all persons.
