Mooresville/Lake Norman Christian Mission Food Pantry

A Client Choice Pantry provides our clients the ability to select their own food instead of receiving pre-packed or standard bags of groceries. With this new process, clients have the opportunity to choose items their family prefers and can meet their needs for health or personal reasons. Our pantry serves over 4,800 families with over 48,000 pounds of groceries each month. Our food pantry is run by over 100 volunteers each month. Please consider volunteering your time to help keep our food pantry available to our neighbors in need. It is an easy and fun way to give back to your community. Our pantry is supported through community donations. Consider running a food drive in your community, workplace or congregation. We will provide you with the materials and support to help your food drive be successful. Did you know that the average cost of food per pound is .89 cents? Did you know with your cash donations the Mission can purchase those products for .16 cents per pound? Your cash donations can stretch to feed more!
