Near Month End, Food Getting Low?? Project Hopewell can assist. The Charles Winston, Sr. Memorial Community Food Bank and its forerunner S.U.P. (Serving the Under-Privileged) are food assistance programs aimed at helping people from our communities from children to seniors and working families. Our Food Bank serves the following areas: Hillman, Grasselli, Riley, Brownsville, Brighton, & South Bessemer
