Description
The Shoreline Food Pantry is open every Monday from 3:00pm - 5:30pm. We are associated with the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina and operate within the guidelines of that organization. Our goal is to provide a 3-day supply of food for each member of the household. We are serving approximately 300 individuals per month. We purchase deeply-discounted food items from the Food Bank which are donated by area grocers and other food drive events. Shoreline Food Pantry is funded by the generous donations of the members of the church and area businesses. Individuals and businesses also donate food and other items that are not available from the Food Bank and these are greatly appreciated by the people we serve.
