One of the greatest gifts we are able to provide to families in need is the gift of a nutritious meal. Founded by the St. Vincent de Paul Society, the St. Michael's Parish Food Pantry is stocked by the generous contributions of St. Michael the Archangel's parishioners. This food is distributed to those in need by a group of volunteers whose mission is to deliver food when and where it is needed. Often a family may have spent the last of their monthly income to pay a utility bill and with a week before the next paycheck, find that they are out of food. The St. Michael Parish pantry volunteers donate a week's worth of groceries so that children have a nourishing breakfast to start their day, lunches to take to school, and enough food to provide for the family meal at the end of the day.
