Description
Assistance and case management to low-income individuals and families in need. Documents Needed for Services: State ID and Social Security Card for all adults in household, Birth Certificate and Social Security Card for each child, Current Utility Bill (Water, Gas or Power) in your name -OR- ​current stamped rent receipt If living with someone, must bring copy of their ID along with a utility bill or stamped rent receipt. All services are based on funding and inventory of requested items. Non-perishable food donations, baby formula and diapers gratefully accepted at both Family Services locations.
