Tri-Lakes Cares - Food Assistance

Market: Groceries are donated by many local food providers (Safeway, King Soopers and Panera Bread) and are available for clients at the Tri-Lakes Cares facility in Monument. Groceries are available based on the number of people in the household. Groceries and household items can be picked one day per week per household, on Tuesday or Thursday from 11:00- a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Household Items: Along with weekly shopping at the Market, neighbors can use an on-line form to request paper goods, cleaning supplies, personal hygiene items, and more. Emergency groceries: Pre-packed bags of groceries are available for unhoused neighbors and neighbors who are in the process of completing registration. Snack-Pack Program: Weekend supplemental food program is available for selected low-income students at our local schools. Talk to your school counselor about eligibility for this program.
