The Upper Room is a non-profit organization that provides a hot meal and companionship to all those in need: the poor, the homeless, the lonely, families, and seniors. It is wholly coordinated and staffed by dedicated volunteers. Training includes a special emphasis on the recognition, promotion, and preservation of the dignity and self-esteem of those we serve. The Upper Room provides free hot meals every day from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. in the dining hall at 1868 Broadway in Placerville.
