The mission of Verndale Area Food Shelf is to provide healthy food for individuals and families in the Verndale/Aldrich areas who find themselves in need of assistance. We provide food on an EMERGENCY basis for a 3-4 day period.

Description

The Verndale Area Food Shelf is an equal opportunity provider and a non-profit organization. Verndale Area Food Shelf distributes an average of 3,300 pounds of food monthly. Our monthly budget is $800-$1200 and ALL the monies go towards the purchasing of food. Food is purchased from North Country Food Bank, and local food wholesalers. Hours of Operation: Monday and Thursday 9-12:30 1st Thursday of the Month 5-7pm
