Both locations provide food to those seeking assistance, and connect participants to critical community resources that help them move "from survive to thrive." To use the Francis Basket Food Market in the Highland Park neighborhood, you must meet one of the three requirements listed below: You live in zip code 55116; If you are a new immigrant or refugee, you have lived in the USA less than 5 years; You are a current participant in a Neighborhood House program, such as an adult education class.
